As a trusted expert who has served major health organizations including HHS, CMS, and CDC, he brings unique insights from both provider/payer and vendor perspectives. During his decade at Microsoft and throughout his career, Dr. Claude has specialized in enterprise solutions including FHIR, Data Lakes, and Case Management systems.
An internationally recognized speaker, he has shared his expertise with global audiences, including the WHO in Geneva and Uganda's Ministry of Health. Dr. Claude holds a Ph.D. in IT with a focus on Healthcare Cloud Cybersecurity, an MBA in Information Systems, and multiple certifications in AI, Machine Learning, and Cybersecurity Architecture.
