Jeri Burr is a distinguished clinical research professional with decades of experience in pediatric care, regulatory compliance, and clinical trial coordination. She served 14 years on the University of Utah’s Institutional Review Board and led the SIRB Working Group for the NIH Trial Innovation Network. Currently, she is Program Director of the Utah Data Coordinating Resource Center for the HEAL Pain Effectiveness Research Network. Previously, she was Executive Director of the Utah Trial Innovation Center, helping advance national research infrastructure and trial innovation. Jeri holds a Master of Science in Clinical Research Organization and Management. She is board-certified in pediatric nursing, a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator, and a Fellow of the Association of Clinical Research Professionals. A recognized national speaker on decentralized trials and integration of AI in research, she has authored or contributed to 70 publications. Her passion for global health includes active participation in international medical missions.
