Dr. Waseem is an Emergency Medicine and Pediatrics Professor at Weill Cornell Medicine, New York. He completed a residency in Pediatrics and a fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. His other educational achievements include a master’s in Clinical Investigation and Epidemiology & Health Services Research from Cornell University, New York. He has served as the Research Director for the Department of Emergency Medicine and vice chair for the IRB at Lincoln Medical Center, Bronx, New York, for many years. He has also earned the following research-related certifications: Certified Principal Investigator (CPI) by the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP); and Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) by the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA).
