Kassandra Nealon, ACRP-CP is an accomplished Senior Training & Development Specialist in Clinical Monitoring at the nmdp, a nonprofit that facilitates bone marrow transplants and cellular therapies. With prior experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator and as a Clinical Research Associate, Kassandra has played a vital role in onboarding, training and mentoring of new and tenured CRAs. Her contributions extend beyond her organization, as she has presented at national conferences such as the Academic Surgical Congress and ACS's Clinical Congress, making significant contributions to the research community.
