Brandi Walker is Executive Vice President, Clinical Development Operations and currently serves as Global Head for Clinical Operations. With more than 25 years of clinical research leadership experience, she has worked across two large CROs, building deep expertise in operations, strategy, and organizational management. Brandi joined Syneos Health in 2006 and has since held a variety of roles with increasing responsibility. She began her career as a Phase I study coordinator—an experience that grounded her commitment to ensuring the site perspective remains central to operational decision-making. Throughout her career, Brandi has supported delivery across both functional and full-service partnership models and has built and led multiple high-performing teams. She is passionate about execution excellence as well as the career and skill development of her teams. Brandi currently serves as a member of the Site Sponsor Consortium.
